Pickup and return of vehicles by clients are done at ORYX OFF ROAD CAR RENTAL offices unless prior arrangements have been made. Each BOOKING includes 2 free transfers linked to flight arrival and departure times between 05:00am and 19:00pm. Transfers outside this timeslot is considered additional and will be charged accordingly per person. No vehicles will be delivered after 18:00 pm and clients will only receive the vehicle the next morning. All flights arriving after 14:00pm must have a booked accommodation in Windhoek or within a 200km radius of Windhoek.
